Neuromotion is a proposed framework for understanding how both sides of the body coordinate stability, precision, power, rotation, and execution as one complete movement system.
THE DISCOVERY
It is a relationship between two contralateral control networks, two sides of the body, two grip systems, and a continuous transfer from the ground to the point of action.
Neuromotion names that relationship and organizes it into a framework that can be described, taught, measured, challenged, and improved. It is the larger field. NST is the training method derived from it.

THE SIX LAWS OF NEUROMOTION
Hue identifies the anatomical side. Geometry identifies the function. Every motion can be examined through the same six relationships.
The grounded side that stabilizes, loads, and begins the transfer of force.

THE AMBI CURVE
A complete pathway begins at the Base, passes through the pelvis, spine and ribcage, and resolves through the shoulder into the Anchor. The body supplies the structure. The curve describes the transfer.
