AN EMERGING FIELD OF BILATERAL MOVEMENT

HUMAN MOVEMENT
WAS NEVER
FULLY TAUGHT.

Neuromotion is a proposed framework for understanding how both sides of the body coordinate stability, precision, power, rotation, and execution as one complete movement system.

THE DISCOVERY

Movement is not a collection of isolated parts.

It is a relationship between two contralateral control networks, two sides of the body, two grip systems, and a continuous transfer from the ground to the point of action.

Neuromotion names that relationship and organizes it into a framework that can be described, taught, measured, challenged, and improved. It is the larger field. NST is the training method derived from it.

ONE ECOSYSTEM. DISTINCT ROLES.

FIELD

Neuromotion

The discovery and proposed field of study for complete bilateral human movement.

LAWS

Six Laws

The vocabulary for Base, Anchor, grips, curved transfer, and dynamic balance.

METHOD

NST

Neuromotor Symmetry Training turns the laws into a progressive practice.

THE SIX LAWS OF NEUROMOTION

A language for complete movement.

Hue identifies the anatomical side. Geometry identifies the function. Every motion can be examined through the same six relationships.

01

The Base

ORIGIN

The grounded side that stabilizes, loads, and begins the transfer of force.

02

The Anchor

EXECUTION

The side that directs, reaches, releases, or completes the intended action.

03

Inner Grip

PRECISION

The fine-control chain used for timing, touch, accuracy, and adjustment.

04

Outer Grip

POWER

The structural chain used for bracing, protection, torque, and force.

05

The Ambi Curve

PATH

The curved transfer of motion from Base through pelvis, torso, and shoulder to Anchor.

06

Dynamic Balance Rule

RELATIONSHIP

As one side expresses precision, the other supplies complementary support and power.

THE AMBI CURVE

The curve is the motion—not the limb.

A complete pathway begins at the Base, passes through the pelvis, spine and ribcage, and resolves through the shoulder into the Anchor. The body supplies the structure. The curve describes the transfer.

THE APPLIED METHOD

NST builds the second arc.

Neuromotor Symmetry Training is the applied practice derived from the Six Laws. It develops the less-practiced side without abandoning the trained side, then integrates both into adaptable performance.

  1. 01
    Differentiate

    Recognize Base and Anchor roles.

  2. 02
    Awaken

Develop precision and power grip systems.

  3. 03
    Construct

    Build the opposite Base-to-Anchor curve.

  4. 04
    Integrate

    Coordinate dynamic reciprocal balance.

  5. 05
    Transfer

Apply bilateral fluency to real tasks.
